HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT 

    All appointments must be made over the phone at the shop at (716)413-4121. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we cannot have any unscheduled visitors in the shop for the foreseeable future. Our normal phone hours are Tues-Sat, 11am-5pm, but if we don’t answer, just leave your name and number and we’ll return your call as soon as possible! We’ll get all necessary info and take your deposit with a credit/debit/or gift card and go over all the details with you about your appointment. Here’s a summary of what we’ll go over with you on the phone. 

*facebook messenger/texting etc. is not ideal for booking appointments considering all the information we will need to get from you, and that we pay our assistants to help with scheduling and they keep everything nice and organized for us at the front desk while we are tattooing everyday 🙂

BOOKING OPTIONS:

  1. SHORT SESSION- 2 hours or less. Tattoos that are simple and small, or finishing up a piece that does not require much more work. At $125/hour with a minimum $80 procedure fee, these sessions will run between $80-$250. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at time of booking and will come off the cost of the finished tattoo.
  2. HALF DAY SESSION- Tattoos that will take roughly 3-4 hours, or 3-4 hours worth of tattooing on larger work. At $125/hour, these sessions will cost between $350-$500.A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at time of booking and will come off the cost of the finished tattoo.
  3. FULL DAY SESSION- Tattoos that will take 5-7 hours, often for large scale work like backs/sleeves/leg pieces/etc. With our shop rate at $125/hour, booking full day sessions for large scale work will receive a discount paying $100/hour with a $500 minimum. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit paid at time of booking to reserve a full day session. 

INFO WE WILL NEED TO KNOW:

  1. A description of the tattoo you are looking to get. Please include any details you have along with approximate size and location on the body (include left or right, inside outside, etc.) Don’t forget to let us know about any important details like names and dates.                                        *if you do not know what you want, you can book a consultation, not an appointment.
  2. Style of tattoo you are looking for- do you have any reference pictures, or do you just want to give your artist freedom to come up with their own version of your idea? We will not copy a reference photo exactly, but we can use it as inspiration for an original drawing for you! References help show us what sort of things you like or don’t like in a tattoo. You can send photos to the shop Facebook to discuss the appointment before putting down the non-refundable $50 deposit, but we’ll also ask you to send the references to the artist’s email with your name and date of your appointment in the subject line so they can easily locate your ideas when they are ready to start drawing!   3. Do you have a budget? Our artists charge an $80 minimum procedure fee and the hourly rate is $125/hour. We can always work in sessions with several weeks or months in between so it is not such a large amount all at once, and it also makes the healing process a little easier as well. If we know your budget, we can design your tattoo with this in mind (example; if you’re looking to spend only 2 hours on your large tattoo, we’ll know to cut down on detail or colors that make the process more time consuming, without sacrificing any esthetic of the design, so that you can still get a great tattoo for your budget. If this is not possible due to the intricacies of your idea, the artist can know to discuss other options to achieve your goal without going over budget.) Amber usually does 3-6 hour sessions, while Eric prefers 2-3 hour sessions. 
  4. Are you familiar with our covid regulations? For the time being, you MUST come alone to your appointment and wait in your car when you arrive. Call us to let us know you’re here at (716)413-4121. This gives us time to make sure all of the surfaces you touch on your way in will be sterilized for you, and also guarantees that we won’t have 2 customers waiting to be tattooed or cashing out at the front desk at the same time. We will call you in when your artist is ready, and you can sanitize your hands and any additional belongings, and wear one of our free, surgical masks for the entirety of your visit at the shop. Please no cloth masks, neck gators, bandanas, etc. No food is allowed in the shop to keep our environment as sterile as possible. Please eat a full meal before your appointment, and if you will need snacks to get through your tattoo, we can always take a break so you can eat in your car. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but the health and safety of all of our customers and our assistants is our #1 priority. We are grateful to be able to tattoo even during a pandemic, and these are protocols we must follow in order to continue operating our business.

     

    DEPOSIT POLICY

    • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve a time slot on our calendar. The deposit goes towards the total cost of your tattoo(for multiple session pieces, it will come off the last session)
    • In order to retain your deposit, you must let us know if you will not be able to keep your appointment slot. If our appointments don’t show up, we don’t make any money, and it often takes 24-48 hours to find another client to fill an open spot, so if you know you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can get you rescheduled to a new date at no additional cost.
    • Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have suspended our 24 hours notice cancellation policy, because we want customers to reschedule if you’re not feeling well, even if it’s only 2 hours before your appointment. A no call, no show WILL still cost you your deposit, and you may be required to pay in full for your next session if you want to rebook your appointment. So please, just call the shop at 716-413-4121 as soon as possible if something comes up and you can’t make your appointment.
    • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (pregnancy, an operation, sickness, or expenses that take priority over a tattoo) we can mark you down as having an “open” deposit, so that whenever you are ready to reschedule your appointment you can just call to get back in the calendar.
